SEMI-AUTOMATIC WINDER

Row C8 is a system that operates with the aid of a stacked spool warehouse, capable of automatic retrieval.
Row C8 can wind a tow or tape as in filament, with radial winding or spiraling the thread across the spool’s width, which can vary from 8 to 20 mm, using preset modes.

PROGRAMMABLE TENSION

The Row C8 system winds spools with programmable tension and servodiameter functions. The tension is both adjusted and monitored by the system.
You can program the meters to be wound and the number of spools to produce.
On the roving side, we have a ball mandrel with concentric locking.

PROCESS FUNCTIONS

Winding is quick and precise; once the winding is completed, the system locks the thread or tape, and the operator intervenes for cutting and securing the thread on the spool.
The unloading process into the output warehouse and loading of the new spool is automated.
This system speeds up spool loading operations and ensures the production of high-quality spools whose features can be predefined from a menu. The system allows for the saving of work parameters as winding methods in recipes.
